What it does for your business
Less time on the report. More time with the client.
Less time translating
The findings in one list, sorted by when they matter, each explained in plain English.
One subscription, every client
Unlimited analyses, saved by property address, each with its own Move Dashboard.
An answer to “who do you use?”
Your recommended businesses, plus local ones rated 4.5 stars or higher on Google from at least 10 reviews.
Your name on every plan
Your name and brokerage, together, on each report and repair list you share, and on the reminder emails your client asks for.
Questions agents ask
Before you subscribe.
Does my client pay anything?
Not for the reports you share. Each one is copied into your client's own account at the Complete Move Plan level, with its Move Dashboard. It stays theirs, even if you stop sharing or cancel.
What exactly can I see?
Only what your client ticks, and only on the reports you shared with them: their dates, the status of each item, and the quotes they collect. Nothing is shared until they accept, and they can change it or stop at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, your clients keep every report you shared; your name and your view of their progress end.
Where do the cost ranges come from?
Published national sources, each named on the plan. They’re directional, not a quote. When no range fits, the plan says “Get a quote.”
How are the local contractors chosen?
Businesses within 50 miles rated 4.5 stars or higher on Google from at least 10 reviews. Nobody pays to be listed. The businesses you recommend appear in a box of their own, kept apart from Google’s.
Do my clients get reminder emails?
If they ask for them on a report. 7, 3 and 1 day before their inspection deadline, at 9 am their time. And for major systems their report says are near the end of their life, 30 days, 12 months and 24 months after closing, suggesting a licensed professional take a look. Your name and brokerage sit at the top of each one while you share and your subscription is active. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Can my client try it without me?
Yes. Anyone can upload a report and see their 3 highest-priority items free, with no account needed to start.

Where the agent plan stands
What the agent plan is not, yet
